Privacy
Your readings.
Your iCloud.
bldpr keeps your blood pressure readings, medicines and reminders on your iPhone and in your own iCloud. We never receive them. This policy explains the little that does leave your phone, and the choices you have.
Last updated: 15 October 2026 · applies to bldpr 2.0 and later
The short version
- No bldpr account, and no bldpr server holding your readings.
- Your data syncs through the private iCloud of your Apple Account, which we can't read.
- Apple handles payment. RevenueCat confirms your subscription using an anonymous ID.
- No analytics, no advertising, no tracking across apps, and we never sell your information.
Who we are
This policy covers the bldpr iPhone app (previously called 120/80 Blood Pressure Log) and this website, bldpr.ksak.app. bldpr is made by Raf Tadevosyan IE, who is responsible for the personal information described here ("we", "us"). Contact us at support@raftad.com with any privacy question or request.
bldpr is available on the App Store in many countries. This policy applies wherever you use it. Some sections describe rights that apply only under the laws of certain places.
What stays on your phone
Everything you enter in bldpr is stored in the app's private storage on your iPhone:
- Your readings: date and time, systolic and diastolic pressure, pulse, whether you measured after your medicine, and any note you add.
- Your medicines: name, dose, the days and times you take them, and which doses you marked as taken.
- Measuring reminders: their label, days and times.
- About you: the first name you give bldpr, your answers during setup (why you measure, how often, whether you take medicine), and your app settings.
Readings, medicines and notes are health information, which many laws treat as sensitive. We don't receive any of it. bldpr has no account and no server of ours that stores your data, so we can't see, recover or delete these records for you.
A safety copy on the same phone
bldpr also keeps a copy of your data in your iPhone's Keychain, so your readings come back if you reinstall the app. This copy stays on the phone and isn't synced through iCloud Keychain. iOS may keep it after you delete the app. To remove it, use Delete all data in bldpr before deleting the app.
Not a medical device
bldpr shows which ACC/AHA blood pressure category a reading falls in, worked out on your phone. It doesn't diagnose, treat or monitor any condition, and nothing you log is reviewed by us or by anyone else. bldpr doesn't read from or write to Apple Health.
If a reading worries you, talk to your doctor. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Your device backups
If you back up your iPhone to iCloud or a computer, iOS may include bldpr's data according to your Apple settings.
iCloud sync
bldpr saves a copy of your data in the private iCloud database of the Apple Account signed in on your iPhone. That's how your readings appear on your other iPhones and come back after you reinstall the app.
This database belongs to your Apple Account. We can't see, open or download it. Apple stores it under the Apple Privacy Policy and your iCloud settings. If iCloud is off for bldpr, or you aren't signed in to iCloud, your data stays only on your phone.
Reminders
If you allow notifications, bldpr schedules medicine and measuring reminders on your iPhone. They are created and delivered on your phone. No push service or server of ours is involved.
A medicine reminder shows the medicine's name and dose. A measuring reminder shows the label you gave it. Notifications may appear on your lock screen. To hide previews or switch them off, use the Reminders tab in bldpr or Settings → Notifications on your iPhone.
The report for your doctor
When you make a PDF report, bldpr creates it on your phone. You choose whether it includes your notes and your medicines. Nothing is sent until you pick an app or person in the iOS share sheet. That service then handles the copy under its own terms.
Subscriptions and purchases
Apple processes every payment through your Apple Account. We never receive your card details or Apple Account password.
RevenueCat helps bldpr check whether your subscription is active, restore it on a new phone, and show us subscription reports. It processes:
- a random, anonymous customer ID created by bldpr
- Apple transaction and subscription details: product, price and currency, storefront country, purchase, renewal, cancellation and refund dates, and whether a purchase was a test
- app version, iOS version, device model and the technical details of the connection, such as IP address
RevenueCat never receives your readings, medicines, notes or name, and we don't connect the anonymous ID to them. We use subscription information to provide the subscription you bought, restore access, fix billing problems, prevent misuse, and understand sales, renewals and refunds.
Deleting bldpr doesn't cancel your subscription and doesn't delete records held by Apple or RevenueCat. See Apple's privacy policy and RevenueCat's privacy policy.
No analytics in the app
bldpr contains no analytics, crash reporting or advertising tools. If you chose to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone's settings, Apple may send us crash reports and usage statistics that don't identify you.
Support and this website
When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you send. We use it to answer you, and keep the conversation for as long as needed to resolve it and handle any follow-up. Please don't send readings, reports or other health details unless we've agreed that something specific is needed.
This website has no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no forms. Fonts and images are served from this site. Our hosting provider processes standard request information, including IP address and browser details, to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse.
Service providers and international transfers
| Apple | App Store, payments, subscriptions, iCloud storage of your private copy, notifications on your device. |
|---|---|
| RevenueCat, Inc. | Subscription status and reports, using an anonymous ID. |
| Netlify, Inc. | Serving this website. |
| Email provider | Receiving and answering support email. |
These providers act on our behalf or under their own terms, and may process information in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, they use recognised safeguards for international transfers, such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions. Contact us to ask about the safeguards relevant to you.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for targeted advertising. We may disclose information we hold if the law requires it, or to deal with fraud or a security problem.
How long information is kept
| Readings, medicines, reminders | On your phone and in your iCloud until you delete them or use Delete all data. Reports you shared stay wherever you sent them. |
|---|---|
| Keychain safety copy | On your phone until you use Delete all data. iOS may keep it after the app is deleted. |
| Subscription records | While needed to provide and support your subscription, handle refunds and meet tax and accounting obligations. |
| Support email | As long as needed to resolve your request and any follow-up. |
Your choices
- Your readings: edit or delete any reading, medicine or reminder in the app.
- Delete everything: Profile → Delete all data removes your readings, medicines, reminders and dose history from this phone, from iCloud and from your other devices. Make a PDF report first if you want to keep a copy. If you used bldpr before subscriptions started, it remembers that so you keep your free access.
- iCloud: turn iCloud off for bldpr in your iPhone's iCloud settings to keep your data only on the phone.
- Reminders: turn them on or off in the Reminders tab, or in Settings → Notifications on your iPhone.
- Subscription: manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Restoring a purchase restores access, not readings.
- Subscription records: email us the order ID from Apple's receipt to ask for access to, or deletion of, the records linked to your purchase.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, for example in the UK, the European Economic Area, Switzerland, California and other US states, Brazil, Canada or Australia, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy
- have it corrected or deleted
- restrict or object to how we use it, including use based on our legitimate interests
- receive it in a portable format
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing
- not be treated differently for using these rights
Email support@raftad.com to make a request. We'll reply within the time the law requires. Remember that we can't access readings on your phone or in your iCloud, because we never receive them. You can see, export and delete them yourself in the app.
Legal bases (UK, EEA and Switzerland)
We process subscription information to perform our contract with you. We handle support, security and website delivery under our legitimate interest in running a reliable service, and keep some records to meet legal obligations. We don't process your health information: it stays on your devices and in your iCloud.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please contact us first. You can also complain to your local data protection authority, such as the UK Information Commissioner's Office or the supervisory authority in your EU country.
We don't make decisions about you that are based solely on automated processing and that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Children
bldpr is made for adults and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security
bldpr's data is protected by your iPhone's own security, including encryption when you use a passcode. Apple encrypts your iCloud data in transit and on its servers. Connections to Apple and RevenueCat use HTTPS. Keep your phone locked, and share reports only with people you trust.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. If a change needs a new choice or your consent, bldpr will ask you in the app before it applies.
